Temu coupon code not working? 3 quick fixes, code ALH424092

Temu coupon code not working? Start with these three fixes: type the code in the search bar on the app home screen (not the checkout box), make sure your account is new or the app was reinstalled and check Me, Coupons and offers, then try the backup code ALF139429. The main code is ALH424092. Eligible accounts can get up to 40% off eligible items plus a coupon bundle worth up to $200 in smaller coupons. Offers vary by account and region.

Fix 1: Type the code in the home search bar, not the checkout box

Temu has no manual promo field in the cart for this kind of offer. Open the Temu app, tap the search bar on the home screen, type ALH424092 and open the offer page that appears. If you typed the code in a checkout box and saw an error, that is the most common reason a Temu coupon code "does not work".

Fix 2: Check that your account can receive the offer, then look at Coupons and offers

The biggest offers are made for new accounts or for accounts where the app was reinstalled and you signed in again. After you enter the code, open Me, then Coupons and offers, and see what was added. That list, not the headline, is what you can really use. If it is empty, update the app, reinstall it and try again from the search bar.

Fix 3: Try the backup code ALF139429

Temu decides which offer an account sees. Two people can type the same code and get different results. If ALH424092 does not trigger an offer on your account, enter the backup code ALF139429 the same way, in the home search bar.

What you can really save

  • Up to 40% off eligible items. Not everything in the store is eligible, and the discount depends on the item.
  • A coupon bundle worth up to $200. It is a set of smaller coupons used over several orders. Each one has its own minimum order and expiry date. It is not one $200 coupon.
  • Offers vary by account and region. Always read the coupon details in your own app before you pay.
